Christina Cartagena
Chief Executive Officer
Christina Cartagena is a technology and product strategist operating at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized infrastructure. She previously served as Commercial Strategy Lead for Visible Alpha at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she helped drive commercial strategy for institutional financial data and analytics products used by global investors. Christina has worked across blockchain infrastructure, fintech innovation, and capital markets data platforms.

Daniel Pason
Chief Innovation Officer
Daniel Pason brings deep expertise in capital markets and securitized products. He has worked across the agency mortgage-backed securities market and securitized products sector, including roles focused on agency MBS pricing strategies, securitized products research, and institutional investor engagement. His experience spans the mortgage market ecosystem as well as broader capital markets including leveraged finance and long-short investing.

Matthew Moll
Chief Operating Officer
Matthew Moll is a cross-functional operations leader with extensive experience scaling complex operational systems and financial services organizations. He previously advised private equity transactions and held senior operational roles across industries including aerospace, defense, and financial services. Matthew also founded a boutique consulting firm that worked with Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed businesses.

Sergii Grybniak, PhD
Head of Engineering
Dr. Sergii Grybniak is a distributed ledger researcher and blockchain infrastructure engineer specializing in consensus protocols and decentralized systems. He serves as Head of Research at Waterfall Network and previously worked as a Web3 Institute researcher contributing to blockchain architecture and distributed consensus systems. Dr. Grybniak is a co-chair of the IEEE working group on distributed ledger technologies and has authored numerous academic publications on blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized architectures. His previous company Carvoy was acquired by Capital One.

Capital markets and portfolio management executive who served as Vice President of Multifamily Investments & Portfolio Management at Freddie Mac. Oversaw multifamily portfolio strategy, hedging, balance sheet management, and market risk and capital strategy. Responsible for developing and expanding Freddie Mac's credit risk transfer executions, including reinsurance, whole loan investment funds, PCs, and structured credit risk notes. Built her career at Freddie Mac over nearly two decades starting in 2002. Holds an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University (Weatherhead School of Management), a B.A. in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and is a CFA charterholder.

Data and fintech industry leader who served as Head of European Data at NASDAQ's Quandl, the largest provider of alternative data for financial professionals. Prior to NASDAQ, founded and served as CEO of Suburbia, a technology company specializing in alternative data solutions that was successfully acquired. Began his career as a quantitative analyst and rose to Head of Commodities Strategy at ING before founding Suburbia. Based in Saudi Arabia with deep connections across buy-side and sell-side institutions, bringing a rare blend of entrepreneurial and institutional expertise in data-driven finance.
